Shipping & Ordering Info –

If the ordered items are in stock, will process and ship orders received prior to 10:00 A.M. E.S.T. (unless it is a Thursday, then prior to 3:30 P.M. E.S.T.) the same business day. Orders received later than 10:00 AM will be processed either the same day or the next business day as time permits, then shipped based on the selected shipping method. Orders received later than 3:30 P.M. E.S.T. on Thursdays will be processed either the same day or the following Monday as time permits. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped, but it may take up to 24 hours for UPS or USPS to have the tracking information available on their website.

We ship all orders via either United Parcel Service or the U.S. Postal Service. We calculate shipping and handling charges based on the weight of your order and the shipping method that you select. When you check out, you will be given the opportunity to select a delivery method and your charges will be calculated automatically.

  • Ground Service – Delivered in 1 – 5 business days.
  • 3 Day Select – Delivered 3 business days after ship date.
  • 2 Day Air – Delivered 2 business days after ship date.
  • Next Day Air Saver – Delivered 1 business day after ship date.

If you choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and your order does not arrive on time due to bad weather, holiday scheduling or problems locating your address, we do not refund the shipping charge because these situations are not covered by the UPS guarantee.

International Shipping can ship our products to almost every country in the world. International customers may enter their shipping details and receive a variety of shipping options best suited to their needs.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or shipping fees depending on your country’s import laws.

Please Note: If for any reason a delivery is refused, the customer will be charged the shipping cost to return the product(s) to the original destination in addition to the original shipping charges.

Checks are not accepted from international accounts. For wire transfers, please contact customer service and request our bank account details.

Payment Options accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus credit cards. We do accept personal checks, but we strongly recommend that you send a money order or certified check which will result in no delays once we receive it. All personal checks must clear the bank before we will ship your order, which may take as long as two weeks.

Sales Tax

All orders within the state of Ohio are subject to sales tax (Blanket Certificate of Exemption accepted).
