Damaged Merchandise: Please contact us immediately at 1.800.333.5678 (firstname.lastname@example.org) if your shipment is damaged, and we will follow up with the appropriate shipping company to resolve the issue.
Lost Shipments: Please contact us within 30 days at 1.800.333.5678 (email@example.com) if your shipment is not received and reported delivered, and we will follow up with the appropriate shipping company to resolve the issue.
*In order for us to attempt to resolve your issue you must retain all packaging materials, box, receipt, and products.*
*If you do not retain these items we may be unable to resolve your issue.*
Return Policy: Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes any shipping charges that result from refusal of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
MarvelousMolds.com accepts returns of product and will refund or exchange your order if the following conditions are met:
- The returned product is unopened and unused in its undamaged original packaging.
- You must contact MarvelousMolds.com within 5 days of your order delivery to request and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). You may call 513-244-2999 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are within the U.S., you may also call our toll free number, 1-800-333-5678.
- Returns must be sent by either United Parcel Service or the US Postal Service with confirmation service. MarvelousMolds.com cannot be held responsible for product damaged during return shipping, and so we suggest you purchase shipping insurance.

A clearly marked Return Authorization number must appear on all shipping boxes containing the products you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RA number.
An original sales receipt must accompany all returns (photo copies accepted).
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.
