If the ordered items are in stock, MarvelousMolds.com will process and ship orders received prior to 10:00 A.M. E.S.T. (unless it is a Friday,) the same business day. Orders received later than 10:00 AM will be processed either the same day or the next business day as time permits, then shipped based on the shipping method you choose when placing an order. If ordered items are not in stock, please allow one to two days to make and ship your order. We ship all orders via United Parcel Service or the U.S. Postal Service. We calculate shipping and handling charges based on the weight and package dimensions of your order and the shipping method that you select. When you check out, you will be given the opportunity to select a delivery method and your charges will be calculated automatically.

If you choose an expedited service such as UPS Next Day Air, and your order does not arrive on time due to bad weather, holiday scheduling or problems locating your address, we do not refund the shipping charge because these situations are not covered by the UPS guarantee.

International Shipping

MarvelousMolds.com can ship our products to almost every country in the world. International customers may enter their shipping details and receive a variety of shipping options best suited to their needs.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s import laws. Marvelous Molds is not authorized to calculate or collect such information which may be charged to the customer depending on each country's procedures for such duties and taxes.

Please Note: If for any reason a delivery is refused, the customer will be charged the shipping cost to return the product(s) to the original destination in addition to the original shipping charges.

Did You Not Receive Your Package?

Marvelous Molds wants you to receive your order, no matter what! So, if the tracking information displays that your shipment delivered and you haven’t received it: give us a call, send us an email or a chat. We will ensure that you get taken care of and that your order is received. Marvelous Molds is able to submit a claim within 7 to 60 days of shipping your package, if it is not received/delivered. After 60 days, Marvelous Molds can no longer initiate a claim on your behalf.
