Elisa Strauss, known for her “Meticulous Realism”, has enjoyed an illustrious career as a noted book author and grand prize winner of the Extreme Cake Challenge (Food Network). Her talent has earned her appearances on The View, Martha, The Today Show, Sex and the City, and more.

Together, Elisa and Marvelous Molds have collaborated on a line of flexible impression mats with amazing detail, a line of classic, simple buttons, and a full line of high fashion molds complete with Chef Palazzolo's patented trimming blade.

Elisa has several Craftsy Classes in which she shows how to use her impression mats and molds. Watch the silicone impression mats and fashion molds in action, as Elisa shows how to make detailed, highly realistic sculpted cakes that will amaze everyone.
